30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)
At Thrive Nutrition®, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of any Thrive Nutrition® product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. No return is required for first-time purchases. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
Important notes
• The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
• Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
• Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
• If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
Refunds for subscription (autoship) orders
Subscription orders are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for subscription orders are available under these conditions:
• Items must be unopened.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Cancellation policy
We will do our best to accommodate cancellations. Please note:
• Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. You do not need to return the item — we will send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following our return instructions. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For approved returns on first-time, multi-unit purchases, Thrive Nutrition® will provide a prepaid return shipping label for unopened items.
• For all other returns (including subscription orders), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Return instructions
1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Holiday delivery notice
Due to high seasonal demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st. Please order early to avoid delays.
Policy changes
Thrive Nutrition® reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
