1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Handling Time). If you have any questions, please contact us at support@thrivenutrition.us.
2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–13 business days (Transit Time).
During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take up to an additional 5 business days.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
4. Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@thrivenutrition.us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility.
